It includes a new oven, dishwasher, cook top, range hood, all new ceramic floor tile, carpeting, closet doors, light fixtures, blinds and paint. Unit features tiled counter tops and has a huge bathroom with its own separate dressing area. The bathroom has both an individual shower and tub. Other features include a large closet in the bedroom, spacious living and dining rooms as well as a security front door.

De Liso Apartments is a private gated community with on-site laundry and assigned parking. Rent is $1400/month, 1 gated (uncovered) parking spot included. With good credit, the security deposit for this unit will be $1000.

We run credit checks, and the cost is $15 per adult. No Section-8.
