5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIf I could do a zero star I would! I wish there were different options for a middle school. This is a horrible school. No support no cares. If you have a problem fill out a piece of paper and hope they get back to you. I have filled out many and never heard back. They will put your child in in-house suspension for talking. This school is ridiculous!Parent Review1y ago4 Reviews - Floyd Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageA lot has changed since the last review on here. Beautiful campus, good teachers but it's a revolving door for principals but that's what happens when you hire incompetents. I do think this new principal is doing the best she can GO BOBCATS GO!Parent Review7y ago3 Reviews - Check out schools near 1240 Rancho View.

"Commute is 20 minutes to north side of town. 50 minutes drive to Summerlin area in Las Vegas for shopping and restaurants "

"People would like having a dog and the dogs would be well accepted as they are not a neighborhood problem - barking, escaping, and or biting/killing chickens or livestock "

"No public transportation, 50 miles to/from work, no traffic, slight construction, possible wild life, ie rabbits, burros, coyotes, crossing roads, 20 mins from major grocery stores & other local businesses. Very rural."

"There is no public transportation but there are taxis and everything is very close. Many people ride bicycles to places. "

"There is plenty of space to walk and most properties have enough space for them to run freely all the time. I don’t think I’ve ever heard any reasons as to why someone wouldn’t want to own a dog here. The asphalt does get hot for paws though and there are only sidewalks on the highway in town, not in housing communities (unless you live in one of the two major HOAs here) "

"Great, not alot of Traffic. im visiting my mom and I love it here and I plan to move out here from Vegas very soon. I feel safe, beautiful views, nice people, it's a lovely, peaceful little town, With just enough things to do here. There's alot more things going on and to do than you would think. Although they do need a Movie Theater, and A Water Park for the Hot Summer Day's not everyone has access to a pool. 😊"

"These lots are all 1-2 acre fenced parcels with all sorts of livestock including dogs, horses, goats, chickens & roosters. Folks ride their UTVs up & down our street with dogs occasionally. Very pet friendly community with a vet about 7 miles down the road. "

"We are out of doors type people. I collect rocks, minerals, and fossils and I like to teach children about Geology and earth sciences. My husband is a handy man with all the tools. People like asking my husband about working on mechanical issues. "

"it's a desert, not much to do and I plan to move, people are definitely their own kind of breed out here and the best thing to do is to stay away from them, people in pahrump are the worst I have ever encountered "

"Its small town desert living, where the cost is cheaper then neighboring California or Las Vegas, but a short drive to both. If people are looking to move out here and change it to a metropolis, do not bother. We like small growth but value our small town living more. "

"We have lived here 6 years. It is a nice, quiet county area with paved streets and close-ish town."
