Inside find a totally renovated cabin with shiplap finishes, an open-concept living in kitchen area complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and an in-unit stacked washer and dryer. Down the hall find the two cozy bedrooms each with bright airy windows and shiplap walls. The shared bathroom sits between both bedrooms, and features new updates to match the rest of the cabin.

Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant with water included. Electric mini split for heat and air. The property is lightly furnished. This home is pet-friendly so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent. Restrictions apply. Ask your leasing representative for more information prior to submitting the application.
