"Families oriented, pretty to look at. Well maintained. Boring at night. Ok food places, semi bland and expensive but a lot around. "
  • Erikamurrel
"I work from home, but not a lot of traffic over in this area unless it’s during school hours. There’s an elementary school close by. "
  • Trulia User
"They would love how much lively areas there is to walk your dog without a leash. There are So many trails to run/walk your dog."
  • Trulia User
"I live here for over 10 years. Irvine has become very crowded, there is traffic everywhere you go. Lots and lots of new homes and apartments have been built that attracted far too many people for the existing infrastructure. Also, we used to feel very safe here, but unfortunately it’s not as safe as it used to be. "
  • Steve M.
"Good for family and school for kids . A lot of park and hiking trails, cycling trails, walkable. Community is awesome "
  • Rose

"A lovely place to live only minutes through the canyon to Laguna. Everything you need a stones throw and in walking distance."
  • Julietorfin
"Clean. Lots of trees. People mind their own business. Unlike Santa Monica, no panhandlers or dog urine outside my community. If i leave my garage door open, none of my stuff gets stolen. Is this real life?"
  • Genevieve D. C.
"I've lived here for 1.5 yrs and my kids go to school a block up the street. everyone in the community seems pretty nice and there's a small town feel to this gem of a community!"
  • Rachel S.
"I live here and bought our home 8 years ago from the builder. Standard Pacific did a great job with our open floor plan and the quality of their work is still amazing. Our neighbors are great and the schools are very academic. We go to the parks almost daily and feel very safe to let the kids even walk to school or their friends house."
