Neighborhood Description

In the fall of 2012, the new K-5 Elementary School in Palencia opened, as well as a new Montessori School. We are excited about the best education being provided to our youngsters!
Palencia offers miles and miles of trails, a boardwalk out to a fishing pier on the Tolomato River (ICW), two amenity centers, three pools (one for kids w/water slide), a number of parks/playgrounds, ballfields, tennis courts, golfcourse, Village Square with shops and restaurants, a great Clubhouse (and food) . . . . plus the nicest neighbors anyone could hope for!
