The main floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath. There is a separate large family room with natural wood burning fireplace on the middle level and the upstairs has two large bedrooms and a full bathroom. Kitchen has a full set of appliances with stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Washer/dryer hookups are located in the basement. There is also a one car attached garage with opener. Unit has central air and gas heat and tenant is responsible for all utilities. Unit will be available in November. Rent is $950/month with a one year lease. Deposit is $950.
