The some of the dining area on the kitchen level could be office or play area.

The location is just off University Ave across from Whole Foods in Clive. So very close to lots of shopping and dining and freeway access.

Renter is responsible for all utilities. If you have pets, you are responsible for any yard clean up. Landlord does mowing. Landlord also does some snow removal but the tenant is ultimately responsible for clearing walkways at front door, back door and deck.
