Recently remodeled bathroom with toilet room, tiled floor and shower, and large linen closet. Kitchen has tiled countertops, dishwasher, glass-top stove, and lots of pantry space. Washer/dryer hookups and utility sink in garage. Both bedrooms have a closet. Hallway has two closets (including a coat closet). Resident is responsible for utilities, including waste management. This is a lovely neighborhood and we are in close contact with the neighbors. No smoking allowed. Do not disturb current tenants. Please e-mail us with any questions and provide a little information about you and the other tenants. We will collect inquiries and reach out to within 1-2 weeks to schedule a showing of the house, likely the weekend of Dec 7th.

    "Gets busy but not horrible. Buses run pretty well. Some express buses. Fair amount of stops. Connects with Eugene easily. The rush hour is usually 30 minutes unless there is an accident or other delay. But, if possible, I would take the bus. The roads are getting busier as time goes on."

    "There’s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
