About this House

This is an attractive and centrally located brick 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home with one car garage and a large fenced in backyard. There is a yard building in the backyard for storage or to be used as a workshop or man's cave. The living area is open with wood flooring and high ceiling. The kitchen is complete with an electric range with microwave, Maytag dishwasher and refrigerator. There is a screened-in porch off the dining area. We are private owners who don't charge an application fee but would like to make sure you qualify for the rental before showing it. We would like a responsible tenant with good rental references and a steady income of $4000 or more. Please, no evictions or criminal background. I do check. We will consider a small dog or cat with $100 pet deposit.

The home is all electric (FPL) and on City water, sewer and trash pickup.

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
