The alley that runs along the back of the property gives easy access. Step into the home and you will see the large Living Room with an even larger Family Room connecting. The Dining area and Kitchen have tile flooring and all of the kitchen appliances are included. Many of the features have been updated: All of the plumbing, replaced in the late 80's, is copper, Sewer lines re-done in mid 90's, with clean outs in the back & side yards, new HVAC system 2004, Roof shingles replaced apprx. 2001, & insulated windows. Copper electrical wiring. There are 2 roofs, the gable roof was installed over the flat roof in the 70's. Home is total electric.

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
