*No open bankruptcies
*Verifiable household income that is at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.
* No smoking is not permitted on the property.
* This apartment has not been evaluated for Section 8 occupancy by a government agency. If you would like to apply and will be using a rental subsidy, such a Section 8 voucher, we will require and consider applicant's credit history (in addition to all of the other application criteria) but offer the applicant the option to provide evidence of their ability to pay the rent including the applicant's benefit statements, pay records and bank statements.
