Short-Term Summer Stay: July 1- August 15

Budget 2 bedroom furnished apartment on the ground floor of a 3 unit house. Lovely tree lined block with families and great neighbors. UC Berkeley students in the 3rd floor unit. A few blocks from Berkeley Bowl West and around the corner from San Pablo Park with tennis and basketball courts, baseball fields and a rec center. This is an excellent location!

This offering is for a short-term, Summer stay. Offered for July 1 - August 15, 2025.

The apartment features 2 large bedrooms with closets and desks, in unite washer/dryer, bay windows and free wifi. All utilities included.

This is a furnished rental offered for the summer only. Dates available: July 1- August 15. The place is booked on August 15th and therefore must be vacated by noon on that day.

The total rent plus security deposit will be due upon signing the short-term least. Rent $2200 for July and $1100 for August 1-14, plus refundable security deposit of $1000. Total due at signing: $4300. The deposit will be returned on August 15th provided there are no damages.
