This Newport floor plan offers 1397 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with beautiful views of the Whitewing Golf Course. Minimum lease term required is 12 months. Tile flooring in the main living areas; carpet in the bedrooms. White kitchen appliances. Gas range. Granite kitchen countertops. Ceiling fans in the living room, primary bedroom and guest bedroom. Dual vanity, walk-in shower and spacious walk-in closet in the primary bathroom. Vanity and bath tub in the guest bath. Large covered back porch. This property is within walking distance to a beautiful neighborhood park and is 1.4 miles from the Legacy Activity Center on Texas Drive. Tenants are responsible from placing utilities in their name by the start of their lease and maintaining them throughout their lease term. Smoking is not permitted at this property.

The Owner pays the yearly HOA dues. The landscaping is maintained by the HOA Landscape Department and is paid by the Owner. Tenants are responsible for the watering of the landscaping (irrigation is set by the HOA Landscape Maintenance crew), the rent, utilities and the pest control at the property. The security deposit for this property is $2500 due at signing. The first month's rent will be due 2 weeks prior to move in. Application fees ($75.00 per person) and the admin fee ($60) are non-refundable. Renters insurance is required and must be submitted to The Stacy Group, LLC. prior to the start of the lease term if approved. This is a separate charge from the rental application fee.
