Our complex spreads across 3 cul-de-sacs: Cass, Harriet and Gunn

The contracts required by the Housing Authority for Rent Assistance/ Section 8 are not compatible with our lease agreement.

Minimum Approval Requirements:
Monthly gross income needs to be more than 3x rent
No recent evictions or bankruptcies
All adults must apply / fill out their own application
