Safe, vibrant neighborhood with lots of young professionals and young families. Across the street from newly renovated Maury School.

We live nearby and are respectful, attentive, and friendly.....We are very responsive to your needs, though we also make the effort to stay out of your business. We hope our new neighbor is similarly respectful, friendly, and a positive addition to the neighborhood!

All utilities, wifi, TV, and Roku included for $150 flat fee per month. No smoking. Pets considered with additional pet security deposit.
