Anchoring the space, a custom dining banquette, with tailored bench seating and soft Roman shades, offers the perfect setting for slow mornings or candlelit dinners, framed by Pella windows that invite the outdoors in.

The floorplan is thoughtfully split, offering privacy and flow with two serene bedrooms and a beautifully reimagined bath in the main home. The fully remodeled bathroom feels luxurious with a tub/shower wrapped in soft, honed tile and Cle terrazzo flooring underfoot. A floating dual-sink vanity with Semi-Handmade 'Tahoe' white oak cabinetry glows gently from beneath, topped with timeless Taj Mahal quartz, while a Delta rain shower + hand wand lend to the refinement. • Joan
"I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
  • James Harold Bowens Jr.
"Clear walk paths and not a lot of loose dogs. Plenty of open areas to allow your dog to get exercise. "
  • Unknown
"There are many dog owners in my neighborhood. It is a friendly place for dogs and their owners. There is a landscaped and lit canal walking trail. "
  • Ciara Ruiz
"Ok could be better. Not the greatest. A lot of homelessness. They sneak in to the apartment complex. "
