Application Process:
You are welcome to drive by the property first before you see the interior . The home is on a quiet section of "K" St with limited through traffic. Many of the cross streets do not go through...The easiest way to see it is to take 14th Street, turn West onto "K" St. Two blocks down on the right is 1225 "K". Fenced yard is in front. Storage/laundry room is behind the house.
We ask that you only view the property from the street. Please do not stop or go in.
Please do not disturb the current tenants or trespass.
If you have driven by the house, checked out the area (it's a nice one) and are interested in seeing the interior, then please follow the directions below.

We are a (now "socially distanced") handshake kind of business. It is important that we meet you (and any pets) in person (or now "virtually") and have you approve of the place. If you have seen the neighborhood (try Google maps) and would like to schedule a showing, then please follow the link in the ad and we will be happy to email you a rental application and start a conversation.

To qualify to rent from us, there are three factors we take in to consideration:
1) Rental History (including personal recommendations-you may know one of our tenants)
2) Income verification
3) Credit

If you feel any of these three factors are not strong enough then we recommend a local cosigner. If you do submit a co-signer, then at some point the cosigner will need to submit their credit report.

We are seeking a long term tenant who will move in, pay rent on time, take care of their living space and treat it as their own. In return, we offer excellent, prompt service and perks for continued tenancy. We are proud of our reputation and will be happy to provide OUR references to you, with names and contact information of current and/or previous tenants that have rented a home from us.
