Gentrification has not yet consumed us but it is happening gradually. most of our neighbors have lived here longer than 10 years and keep to themselves but are very friendly if you reach out. It's a wonderful place to live and we are surrounded by the city's beat and most authentic Mexican and Vietnamese food. "
