The unit entrance is off a common area hallway with elevator access and comes equipped with a modern kitchen, bedroom, walk-in shower and access to a north facing balcony from the living room. This unit also includes new low pile carpet in the bedroom and plank laminate flooring in the common areas. Appliances included are a microwave, side by side refrigerator, stacked clothes washer and dryer; window coverings are included. This unit includes air conditioning and a radiant heating system. The building front entrance includes an ADA compliant walkway, remote entry phone intercom system. The buliding is secured with a keyless fob entry system with no public access. Private covered parking is available for an additional $150 per month; parking fee is not included in the Lease Agreement. Convenient downtown Boulder location, near public transportation, shopping, Pearl Street Mall, Broadway, North Boulder Rec Center and the Beautiful Foothills of Boulder. Equal Housing Opportunity

We either walk, bike, or bus to everything, we love that we almost never have to drive! With the mountains, Farmer's Market, Boulder Creek, and theFamous and FUN Pearl St. Mall on one side, and a beautiful little pocket park, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and the trendy 29th St. Mall on the other...the Whittier neighborhood around 23rd and Pearl is the PERFECT little slice of downtown living! We wouldn't live anywhere else!! "
