Appliances included are a microwave, side by side refrigerator, stacked clothes washer and dryer; window coverings are included. This unit also includes air conditioning and a radiant heating system. The building front entrance includes an ADA compliant walkway, remote entry phone intercom system. The building is secured with a keyless fob entry system with no public access. Private covered parking is available for an additional $150 per month; parking fee is not included in the Lease Agreement. Convenient downtown Boulder location, near public transportation, shopping, Pearl Street Mall, Broadway, North Boulder Rec Center and the Beautiful Foothills of Boulder.
