Private covered parking is available for an additional $150 per month; parking fee is not included in the Lease Agreement. Convenient downtown Boulder location, near public transportation, shopping, Pearl Street Mall, Broadway, North Boulder Rec Center and the Beautiful Foothills of Boulder.
