About this House

3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath with 2 living areas. Big bedrooms with walk in closets. Granite countertops in kitchen. New flooring also. Nice shed/ shop in backyard with power. Washer and dryer room also. Nice pecan tree in backyard. This is a nice house. $1800 per month/$1500 deposit. Call me and I'll show you it.

No smoking inside. I really prefer no animals but let me know what you have and I can work something out. Absolutely no big dogs.
