Our daughter attended this school from Kindergarten through 5th grade, and we could not be happier with the academic foundation and opportunities she received here.She was part of the PACE program from Kindergarten, and her assessment results consistently placed her above the average performance level for her grade. The teachers were knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping students grow. They quickly recognized that our daughter learned at a very fast pace and consistently challenged her with additional material rather than simply having her repeat work she had already mastered.Starting in 4th grade, she participated in the Math Rocks program, which provided an excellent level of challenge and allowed her to progress significantly beyond the standard grade-level curriculum. Her strong results in AMC 8 are one reflection of the solid mathematical foundation she developed during these years.We were also very impressed with the quality of the Art program. Her art teachers encouraged her creativity and helped her develop her skills, and her work received recognition in multiple competitions. In 4th grade, one of her pieces won at the district-level art competition, and she also received recognition in competitions outside of school.The school also provided wonderful opportunities beyond the classroom. Our daughter participated in the school’s FIRST LEGO League (FLL) team, and for the second time the team advanced to the quarterfinals. She also participated in UIL competitions multiple times, earning placements along the way.Looking back, we are especially grateful for the teachers who recognized her potential across different areas, encouraged her curiosity and creativity, and gave her the opportunity to keep moving forward. The school provided a strong academic foundation while also encouraging competition, teamwork, problem-solving, creativity, and intellectual curiosity.We would absolutely recommend this school to families looking for a strong and well-rounded elementary education, especially for children who are ready to be challenged and encouraged to develop their strengths.
