The living area is nice and open with lots of natural light and there's a private balcony for some fresh air.

In-Unit Laundry: There's a washer/dryer two-in-one machine right in the two-bedroom condo that's free to use.

Parking: Off-street parking, so you won't have to hunt for a spot.

Private balcony: complete with double loungers, cushions, bistro table, chairs, and umbrella.

Storage: Ample closet space.

The Pool: Open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

- Right by the 225 freeway.
- Train station is close if you need to get to the airport.
- Big grocery store, restaurants, and parks are within a few minute walk.
- 10 minute drive to Anschutz Medical Campus.

Utilities: Gas, water, and trash collection are all included!

Flexible Lease Terms: Open to both long-term or short-term leases.
