Room Description

The rent is for each bedroom. Applicants are welcome to apply for the entire condo for $1920 per month as well.

The condo has two private bedrooms each has a queen bed with a thick memory foam mattress and a private bathroom. It has a shared living room, full kitchen, laundry unit with a dryer and a washer, porch, and a covered parking space to be like home :) It's clean, cozy and safe since it's in a gated community. Each mattress is protected with a bug proof cover. RO water system was installed to provide healthy and convenient essential needs for my tenants. The window glasses are tinted to provide better privacy and reduce UV penetration.

Wifi is provided. Utility is paid for up to $100 each month. Conditions apply.

No smoking nor drugs are allowed. No pets. Minimum 6-month lease is required.

    " Well, it used to be perfect. l've lived in this neighborhood 42 years. I never had any fears going for a night time walk. Ever since all these apartments got built, crime going on all the time. From theft, home invasions, to a poor 71 woman attacked during the day time. We need more police presence. Half of the car breaking aren't even reported. It used to feel like a lovely small home town. Please get the coyotes relocated. Bobcats too! I want my warm, safe, neighborhood back. "
