About this House

Spacious town house style apartment with kitchen and living room downstairs, bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The full-size kitchen was recently remodeled with plenty of espresso cabinets with brushed nickel handles, very nice appliances (black dishwasher, side by side refrigerator, black microwave and color coordinated countertops, smooth plaster walls, beautiful porcelain tile flooring, and a pantry closet. The tile flooring continues throughout the living room, which also has some espresso cabinetry and an espresso/brushed nickel ceiling fan. The bedroom is huge, and has neutral beige carpet and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has espresso cabinetry with brushed nickel handles, and there is a huge linen closet as well. There is plenty of storage, with multiple closets upstairs and downstairs. There are front and rear entrance doors, and covered lighted parking just outside the rear door. There is also an onsite laundry just a few steps away. The property is only three blocks from the Light Rail station and ASU, but just far enough away from campus to be quiet. There are only seven residences in the building, and there is no one living above or below you, which is very nice. The owner pays water, sewer, trash and gas for hot water, so you only pay for electricity. The rent is only $1150 per month for a 12-month lease agreement. Now available for move-in!
