-Back yard for a grill and patio furniture

-Newly renovated bathroom (vanity, lighting, toilet, etc.) with subway tile and glass mosaic shower
-Private washer/dryer (non-coin operated) and storage in basement
-Off street parking for 2 vehicles, on street parking for more
-Apartment is 1/2 a mile from a local park and the Coventry Greenway (bike path)
