Welcome to Aurora! This is a 3b/1ba main floor unit with all utilities included and a sizable fenced in backyard. The max occupancy is 3 adults. I occupy the basement unit that has a separate entrance via the garage, but am gone about 75% of the time traveling for work. There is plenty of street parking right outside in this residential neighborhood. Please let me know if you have any questions!
