I am seeking mature tenant(s) with responsible rental history and steady employment who take pride in keeping their home beautiful. Basically, someone who treats it as their own. Prefer long term tenants (most of my tenants are 3+ years).

-Are you interested in a long-term lease? If so, how long? (I offer both 1 and 2 year leases...there is a discount for a 2-year lease).

The property will be available for a private showing, after pre-approval. Once I receive your reply to the above questions, I will send an application for you to complete and return. There will be no application fee at this time, but if we decide to move forward, there is an application fee to cover the cost of background/credit checks.
