All utilities are included - Artist Retreat & Wildlife Sanctuary on almost 3 acres. Those seeking quiet, and no drama would be happiest here. There are two cottages, Cottage "A" is presently rented, Cottage "B" is being updated and will be available for viewing during the updating process.

This is a gated, private property, sanctuary, retreat and residence. Restrictions as well as visiting hours apply to tenants and visitors to the Sanctuary.

New people, new attitudes, new accents, and covington grew into a concrete jungle. I live in the north rural part of Covington. It was a quiet town, but it seemed as if everyone knew on another or a family member etc. Parents: the schools are ridiculous now. They do not teach cursive writing in school anymore... I suggest homeschooling your children or sending them to a private school. "
