"it's very quiet here I like the fact that there is a mix of young and older people and kids here as well. it is a well-managed HOA without ridiculous overly strict rules it's well-funded and has sensible managers on the board and committees we also are in SMUD and San Juan water so our utilities are more reasonable than other areas this is a really nice little neighborhood for people just starting out or retiring."

"Folsom is one of the greatest towns to live in! I’ve raised my three kids here for twenty years. Great schools and small town feel in over 70k residents. Charming super fun and over all great people. Low crime everyone walks family friendly tons of things to do all the time!"
