"If you like loud neighbors and loud cars and the occasional gun fire...oh and mice, large raccoons, low lit parking lots and old fixtures...then this is the place for you! The units themselves would be beautiful if kept up...and regular extermination services would help...lived her ONE year...was not happy with having mice everywhere that was known by the management and never disclosed before signing the lease. "I lived here for 7 years and no problems! no police raids, no people that are not allowed, quiet, easy access to what you need!"

"lofts show very well, so does building until you move in and hear conversations your neighbors are having, dogs barking, smell of weed in the halls, leaks from wall of windows with mold growing around them, constant broken elevators, and nothing but excuses from management on why they aren't fixed. I've been there since last summer and nothing but issues and no response. and from conversations with other residents same issues and same lack of response from building management and owners. "
