"Besides living next to a rehabilitation center and people constantly asking for change outside. Plus living next to a fire station makes it hard to get some rest. Won’t consider living in this area again. "

"We loved living at the Linden. With the new movie theatre and the Xcel Center within walking distance, great place to be. Loved Bucknell Park and ice skating ring during Christmas. At the Linden, safety was never concern with 24 hour security and active neighborhood watch."

"If you're looking to not live in an area where you always have to get in your car to go anywhere - this is your new spot. Walkability is excellent. Tons going on at the Library, the Wadsworth, downtown in general. Excellent neighborhoods all around.. Love it."

"We've lived at the Linden for four years now and absolutely love it. The building is fantastic - filled with character.. The neighborhood is wonderful - you're surrounded by the Bushnell, the Wadsworth, the Library and tons of restaurants. To top it all off, you're right on Bushnell Park. We love the neighborhood - and the walkability.. It is a fantastic place to live and play."
