Brilliant sun enters into the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen includes all the modern appliances (contactless faucet, dishwasher, washer/dryer, convection range oven, and microwave w/ exhaust) and has a separate dining area. The 8 foot deep and 17 foot wide back deck adds nicely to the livable space.

Owner pays for water; tenant pays electricity and gas (separately metered); cats (no more than 2) and small dogs (no more than 2); Security deposit and first month rent are due on the day of lease signing: Rent is due on the first of every month. Tenants are responsible for replacing any lights and replacing the air filter every 4 to 8 weeks, the entirety of the lease. Carpets may be required in some areas.
