About this House

**Showings available first week of March**

This single-family, Tudor-style home is nestled in historic downtown Hudson within walking distance of elementary schools and the downtown area for shops, restaurants, the local library, Lakefront Park, and the Phipps Center. Only two blocks from the scenic St. Croix River, this stucco-sided home has 4 bedrooms (2 on the main floor; 2 on the second floor) and 1.5 baths. The kitchen joins the rear entrance mud room to the dining room and includes a breakfast nook with original wood cabinets, a full-size refrigerator, wall oven, cooktop, and dishwasher. The main level wood-burning fireplace has stone accents and the home has solid wood floors and wood trim throughout, and built-in cabinets and shelving spaces. The upstairs has tons of storage space as well as two bedrooms and a half-bath.

Tenant will have full use of the newly remodeled 2-car garage, which is accessible by a private alleyway, during spring, summer, and fall months (half of the garage is needed in winter for landlord's auto storage). There is ample parking next to the garage (enough for 3 spaces) and on the street out front. The home also includes basement laundry facilities with a washer and dryer. Well-behaved, house-broken dogs and cats are welcome with a non-refundable deposit ($250).

Tenant is responsible for gas/electric, garbage, lawn care, and snow removal. Water/sewer is included.
