Willow River Elementary School

Andersen has been a wonderful school for our child. We transferred him from Stonebridge Elementary, and it was a great move! The teachers he has had at Andersen have been very organized and effective. The best change, however, has been the quality of the principal. The principal sets the tone for the school, and the principal at Andersen is very energetic, upbeat, and involved. He spends a great deal of time interacting with students and parents, including visiting classrooms regularly, spending time on the playground, walking the halls frequently, and helping get students on and off the bus at the beginning and end of the day. He also responds quickly to communication from parents, which is a welcome change from what we experienced at Stonebridge. Our only regret is that we did not change schools earlier!

Trinity Academy offers an exceptional education with small class sizes, individual attention, and a caring Christian environment. The teachers are top-notch and the students are encouraged to do their best. If a student needs an individualized plan to either help them where they are falling behind or provide them with opportunities to excel, teachers and parents collaborate to make that happen. Life skills are a part of every day and students are provided opportunities to serve others. For a small school, there are amazing music programs and sports teams that are highly competitive. The preschool, elementary school, and middle school at Trinity Academy has provided a safe Christian environment for our children to grow and blossom.
