"It’s a more industrial area and it needs more city funding and care. However it is fairly quiet and safe except for parties and lots of fireworks (apparently we have pyromaniacs here???) . Location has great access to Burbank, van nuys, Hollywood."

"I live here. It’s not great but it’s not as bad as it looks. Our neighbors are kind good people but this isn’t a quiet neighborhood by any means. If you don’t tolerate barking dogs, fireworks throughout the year and huge family parties this isn’t a place for you. Also, your wooden/brick fence is a prime place for surprise “””local street art”””” lol"

"Safe area with good neighbors that are friendly and no worries about criminal activity taking over. Also, knowing that cops will actually respond and take action. Wishful thinking basically. "
