Freshly painted home both inside and out with original hardwood floors and no carpet. Conveniently located walking distance to Armstrong Park, High Point University and Main Street restaurants. Home has 9-foot ceilings with central air and gas heat and water heater. Refreshed bath and kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and large walk-in pantry. Two bedrooms and hallway have cedar-lined closets. Off-street driveway parking.

There is a $40 application fee collected by my local Rental Management company, Craven-Johnson-Pollock (CJP) located ~1 mile from 1206 Madison Street. This is instead of the Zillow application fees and process. I can provide the contact information for CJP. As the owner, I can answer other questions.

Craven-Johnson-Pollock handles both the viewing and application process of the property and collects all deposits and rents.

Renter responsible for electricity, gas and water. First month's Rent + Deposit. Pets considered with fees.
