Nice well-built older home close to shopping and schools. property has plenty of yard with over a quarter acre and a large garage shop for that extra storage and workspace. Easy walking distance to Borst Park and easy I-5 access. There are also hardwood floors under the carpet on the main floor however, sellers just didn't have time to repurpose.     "Dog parks nearby. Have to buy dog tag nearly (basically a tax that the you pay the city every year, for owning each dog) which doesn’t apply if you live outside of city limits. A lot of people walk their dogs, and local shelter will post found pets on Facebook in case the owner follows them"

Not much crime in my neighborhood. People that are low income tend to not take advantage of each other. Everyone keeps to themselves There are no community parties, potlucks or bbqs in my area.
