We use e-renter . com for the background and credit check. Failing the background check, poor credit, or a poor rental history (not paying on time) will exclude you from renting the house. There is a $29.95 application fee to cover this.

Dogs are Ok. There is a non-refundable $200.00 pet fee and we ask that we get to meet your pet(s) before the lease is signed.
Damage deposit
