About this House

This is a beautiful updated one bedroom with just about everything! You have to see it.

It's a 1st floor apartment with front and rear entry, away from the street on the quieter side of the building. It's perfectly clean with hardwood floors throughout and a fresh coat of paint. The kitchen has been remodeled and the bathroom is updated. New energy efficient windows have been installed throughout.

It's a money saver with heat and hot water included, and trash pickup. It's a time saver with coin operated laundry available in the basement and it's right on a bus line in a very convenient location between up and down town.

I prefer to house responsible, respectful, working professionals who can enjoy the apartment and the community.

At lease signing, tenant must provide proof of renters insurance.
