About this House

Eastside Apartments is located in the perfect little spot where you are within a short distance to two different parks, not far from UC Health, and a short distance to hop onto I-70.

Unit includes one off-street parking in the back of the building. Shared laundry is in the building so no need to run to the laundromat. Free wifi will all be included very soon!

Utilities included in rent water, sewer, gas, electricity, trash and WIFI.

Pets are welcome. Pet rent is $35 per month. Tenant is responsible for cleaning up after their pet.

Units have recently been updated with new paint and new luxury vinyl tile flooring.

Owner pays water, trash, sewer, gas, electricity and WIFI. Everything is included with rent and not additional utility fees.
Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on property.
One parking space is included with the lease. Parking is in the back of the building and on-street parking is also available.

It’s a real slum. But just a few blocks away, houses are newer and much nicer. That area would be much more desirable."

    "I've been living in Del Mar Park neighborhood for the past year and as a young single white male who enjoys working on his house, getting involved in community projects, and being active, I can say that I have enjoyed living here. The place has a lot of growing to do but good people live here and good people are moving in the neighborhood. It seems like the area is up and coming with new restaurants and breweries popping up. On my street there is a strong sense of community and watching out for each other and the result has been low/ non existent violent crime. "
