"I haven’t seen anything since the Pandemic Things are not rebounding The only growth is new apartment buildings "
  • Lorrainekillion1
"The commute can be difficult if you don’t have transportation. There are buses that run over here. It’s close to downtown 12 miles to shell stadium "
  • Sheryl
"Dog walking occurs, but please be courteous and pick up behind your pup. Per Houston law, dogs must be on a leash less than 6 feet long. That includes when letting your dog out in the front to pee/poo. "
  • Trulia User
"The traffic is unreasonable given how close I live to my job. Lots of construction and school zones which causes traffic to hold up in the mornings. "
  • Trulia User
"everything is wonderful.. owners walk with their dogs everyday. it is extremely safe because all owners have lashes on their pets"
  • Trulia User
"ok it's a nice neighborhood. everything you need is close by. shopping, grocery stores, schools, Drug store. banks all within walking distance, and it's not to dangerous.its pretty safe. "
  • Jennifer H.
"I’m a single senior woman and I feel safe here. My neighbors are friendly. Dogs run loose though and their owners don’t seem to care. There is a lot of speeding on local streets and very loud music in cars."
  • Brittanysidney@gmail.com
"Everything is close! You’ll still have to drive but there is an HEB and Walmart really close. Plus Baybrook Mall. "
  • Rachelle S.
"This is a quiet neighborhood. crappy park , and i love my area , close to 45 and pending on where going. nesr pasadena pearland webster southeast memorial "
  • Jdammel
"Easy can get downtown, med center or galveston in 25-35 mins. 10 mins from Baybrook mall. 25 mins to kemah. Easy access to beltway and pasadena. Can hit the Galleria in about 30 mins. Central to anything. "
  • Ontiverosallison
"There are no nearby dog parks, dogs tend to need to be kept on leashes at all times and there are plenty of people in the area who also own dogs. It’d be nice to have a community dog park for local dog owners to take their dogs "
  • Roxana D. R.
"Great neighborhood. The school district is excellent and it’s close to all mayor stores and restaurants. "
  • Raven O.
"It ok. I guess. I feel that everyone should be safe wherever you go! The school's systems are ok too. just need to keep a close eye on these teachers. That's all I will day about that. "
  • Terrance R.
"I love the walkability of the neighborhood. It is really quiet and not alot of traffic. This is important when your pup has anxiety and easily spooked by cars and motor cycles. I wish there were trails through the neighboorhood."
  • Marcus J.
"It seems like a very dog friendly area, most people clean up after their animals.. But not all take heed to cleaning up after their animals! "
  • Papoperez713
"It’s a nice area to live the schools are great and it is quiet in this area the crime rate is down and you can walk your dog outside"
  • Emaly R.
"Everyone in the community loves pets However it would be nice if more people picked up after there pets and the city should put more dog stations near side walks"
  • Jjdavila99
"Pretty easy some time stop light is out at corner of Scarsdale and 45. Other than that pretty easy to commute "
  • Dambladez
"I lived in this area over 10 years. The community is well kept and the neighbors are friendly. There are several dog friendly parks and a hiking trail in the area. There's alot of shopping stores and eateries within the area as well. If you have kids the schools are awesome!"
  • Mona.channel
"The outdoor parks, the walking tracks and being so close to the freeways, the Pasadena strawberry fest and Rodeo "
  • Mona.channel

"Not applicable there no good places for dogs here I do not own a dog and there are no areas in which they can hang out "
  • Kris7castillo
"I've lived here for 20 years. Fantastic mix of people and cultures. Great place to work, live and go to school. 2 near by colleges, several award winning schools and HC Pct. 2 is in the neighborhood. "
  • Ann V. V. H.
"I lived in Friendswood and loved it! The crime was less then where I live now!! I didn’t hear gun shots and you didn’t have homeless people living behind businesses or begging on every corner."
  • Milty592003
"Great place for a young family...1/2 block from a well known achieving elementary school in the Pasadena ISD school district."
  • Milty592003
    "Nice quiet suburban neighborhood. "
  • Singinginthered
"Since the other reviews were from apartment renters, and weren't very good, it seems only fair to offer another point of view. I bought my house in this area in 2006 and have been very happy here. Nice neighbors, safe neighborhood, easy access to freeways, decent restaurants and shopping nearby. I think it's a great location for families, good schools (better than most of HISD!), and best of all, you can get a lot of house for your money in this area. Perfect, no, but it has certainly served us well!"
  • Nikki
"The parking here is terrible. Some nights there are no parking spots available for residents who don't pay extra for covered or garage parking. I have told apartment staff and they do not seem to care. They are also very rude and basically just tell you what you want to here. The apartments are nice and maintenance is good. The grass is kept well and it is clean. The head maintenace man is very nice and really doees a great job. If you want a place to park your car but do not want to pay extra for covered or garage i suggest you look for something else! One night I came home and there wa not a single spot for me to park in the entire complex! I called police on duty and he agreed with me that the parking here SUCKS!!!"
