3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageExtremely upset with the how unlucky we are to have our child have of a teacher who cannot fulfill simple request like making sure to follow up on progress reports. My child was given an evaluation early on this year and needed a to be seen by an additional teacher for a very serious matter with his learning development. No update regarding even being seen by another teach nor starting. Please note: I have called and had several conversations with his teacher as a reminder for updates.I do not feel like this teacher is taking my child’s education seriously. I cannot speak for every teacher in this school but I would definitely recommend you do not put your child in this school by this experience. If you want your child to succeed or become someone in life quality education is worth paying for by the end of the day.Other Review4y ago5 Reviews - Stuchbery Elementary School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI recently placed both of my daughters in stuchbery after 2 years of homeschool with my oldest and 1 year with my youngest. At first I was skeptical, there was some issues at the beginning of the year sorting out car rider lines but that quickly passed in a matter of a few weeks. There are a couple of individuals I’d like to highlight, Mrs. Kuhn, Mr. Cline, Coach Moslanka, Coach Albert Ms. Nguyen and last but not least Ms. Trog. The ones mentioned above have made a lasting impact on my daughters. They bring each one of them up fairly often and look up to them. They make it easy to drop my daughters off and be able to go about my day without feeling uneasy. I would HIGHLY recommend Stuchbery based on those teachers.Parent Review3mo ago5 Reviews - Lutheran South Academy

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis high school is extremely good for you if you are white, rich, and don't really care about your kid's academics. If you come from many other backgrounds or struggle with being different than your peers, I would NOT reccomend LSA for you. As a student here, I have seen first hand the homophobia, racism, sexism, and ableism that stem from the hallways of this school. Yes, the school is very focused on faith, which is not a problem, but the disregard of the rampant issues that take place between student is insane. Furthermore, the school is extremely oriented on sports rather that academics. There are some teachers that are extremely smart and allow the students to really obtain the information (algebra 2/ap physics and ap seminar/ap lit). Other than a couple teachers, the staff are on different levels. One of my teachers would often lose students's papers and blame the student, rather than fix the problem. Many other teachers will just not teach well to the students. In one of my classes, many students would fail because nobody would understand the information being taught, and instead of rewording anything, the teacher would restate the information without explaining what iut means and then move on. Similarly, there are many students that struggle with autism and adhd, and there is little to no help for these students. They are ridiculed within the student body and basically ignored in academics. Furthermore, the school does nothing to help student when they are struggling. I have seen this first hand as some of my close friends have struggled with issues, especially in academics, and the school itself does very little to help them, rather it punishes the students. Similarly, there is no place for mental health issues within the hallways or with the administration. Overall, I would tell parents thinking of sending their kids here to rethink, especially by time they get into middle school and high school. I would say that the elementary/lower school is nothing close to how bad the other levels are. If you do send your kid here, take them out before middle/high school. For the price that you have to pay to attend, the school itself is NOT worth it in the slightest.Other Review2mo ago43 Reviews - Dar Ul Arqam Islamic School Southeast
