Unit comes with lawn sprinklers and weekly lawn service. And, get this, RV parking for up to 50 ft. trailer or RV. Parking area also has sewer, water and electrick hook-up.
Finally, and you didn't think it could get better, we are pet friendly (with a deposit). Up to 2 small dogs or 1 large dog or 1 cat, plus small caged animals such as birds. I will install a doggy door if you want. Variations are negotiable.
I am nearly finished with the inside of the property and pics will follow. Hope to show property this Friday and Saturday, August 20th and 21st. You may call me to verify.
