This beautiful 8-bedroom 7 bath 1935 Historic Craftsman in Gainesville's quaint Duck Pond neighborhood is a rare find with its size and location for a home or investment, it is a must see. Quiet and centrally located close the Downtown area restaurants and the University of Florida. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a loft and full kitchen. Beautiful details in the solid wood staircase greet you as you enter the foyer and lead to a loft perfect for an office or study. Custom heart pine tongue and groove line most of the walls and the claw foot soaker tubs are reminiscent of the details of days long ago. The master bedroom and bath are downstairs and have ample space. The attached 3 apartments could be used as rentals for additional income or for in-law suits for multifamily living as they are equipped with bathrooms and kitchen and kitchenettes. Sitting on a nice corner lot on .28 of an acre parking is plentiful on the South side of the home and a fully electric gate opens to the rear yard with a privacy fence. The back yard is private with bamboo and mature fruit bearing trees. The covered patio area is perfect for grilling and entertaining. A great area for family and pets as well.

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe teachers are great!. GHS is highly accredited due to the teachers. Administration has been lax with discipline. Some of the students are making it hard for the other students to learn. These students are making it very difficult for the teacher to teach. GHS is going to find it self in trouble if they do not step up and deal with this. If teachers start leaving then say goodbye to the A rating the school has enjoyed these last few years.Other Review9y ago - Check out schools near 120 SE 7th St.
