The beautiful house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining room, and a laundry room with a closet. It also has a large yard and a screened-in porch. It is located two minutes from the Sebring Walmart, in one of the best and quietest neighborhoods.

The owner pays for water and a fixed electricity fee of 100; the tenant must pay the remainder of the electricity bill. Pets are allowed, provided the tenant pays for any damage caused by their pet. It doesn't have a garage; for now, parking is on the lawn while one is being built on the side of the house. If the tenant breaks the contract or leaves before the date, they must pay the $1,700 deposit.
