    "There are new bicycle Lanes going up Smyth avenue. Streets are being slurried with new pavement. Neighbors are friendly they get into the Christmas spirit by putting lights on their homes. There are several new Young home buyers. A lot of remodeling going on. People getting involved with the community. Neighborhood watch signs on Street lights. "

Example, To Down town, it is only 15 min. So lucky to live San Diego, one of the America finest city. What I can see, area in FWY 905/125 is growing, both border will open new gates. I believe it would help more visitors coming and increasing business and city revenue."
