One bedroom apartment in a very convenient location, close to downtown and WAFB. Professionally cleaned. Non-coin operated laundry facilities provided. Extra storage. Carpet and wood floors. No cats. Dogs, 40 pounds and under with extra pet deposit. Utilities paid by landlord.

Owner pays gas, electric, water, sewer and trash. Pet deposit in addition to security deposit is required for pets. Only dogs under 40 lbs. Dog deposit $500. Background check is also required with the application, which is $30 per applicant, and is at the expense of the applicant.
