About this House

Tumbaloo Creek Tiny Homes is a 22 tiny home community. Only one unit is currently available for rent. It is under new ownership and we are excited about the upcoming upgrades and improvements this year. Each tiny home is a one bedroom one bath nestled under mature pine trees. You are welcome to look at them with a appointment.

Tenant pays: Rent 900$ plus all Utilities cost 250$ includes (water, electricity, sewer, trash and lawn service) total of $1,150.00 per month. Only one pet per Home. Some Pet are not allowed (ex. Pit Bull). Pet fee is $350. Pet fee is nonrefundable.
