2 Parking spots available (unassigned spots - sticker based). The only other payments you are in charge of are electric, which will be billed directly to you based on your usage by Unitil, and cable. NO Pets and NO smoking. Minimum 1 year lease requirement, with income verification needed. Security deposit will be $1,300, and monthly rent will be $1500.
